Parents & Guardians
Request an ACS ID badge through the ACS app; badges will be sent home with your child on their first day.
Badges are used to tap in and out of campus, saving time at the guest sign-in, and can also be used for payment.
Families may request up to five badges through the app to cover caregivers and drivers.
Students
Students
Every student receives an ID badge. The format varies by section.
Early Years Program to Grade 5:
Students receive a fob, a small tag that clips to the backpack, and a badge for the cafeteria that is kept in the classroom. Homeroom teachers distribute these on the first day and help students attach the tag.
Students use the fob to tap in and out of the bus and campus.
Middle School and High School:
Students receive one badge, distributed by cohort and advisory teachers.
Badges must be brought to school daily and used to tap in and out of the bus and campus.
All students can use their badge to purchase lunch in the cafeteria.

Bus and campus access
Bus notifications: Get notified the moment your child boards or gets off the school bus.
Campus access without a card: Turn on Campus Access in Settings to check in at the school gate using your phone. Scan the QR code at the gate kiosk. No physical card needed.
Biometric sign-in: You can also turn on Biometric Sign-in in Settings, so you open the app with your fingerprint or face instead of typing your password each time.
ACS Wallet: your child's cafeteria account
ACS Wallet: your child's cafeteria account
Your child's cafeteria purchases run on a prepaid balance you manage in the app, using their ID badge at checkout.
Add funds in seconds: Open the Wallet screen from the Payments button, select your child (or split one amount across several children), and add funds. Money is available at the cafeteria immediately. A 2% processing fee applies to each top-up.
Track every purchase: Each cafeteria purchase triggers a notification showing the items and updated balance, so you always know what your child is spending.
Cafeteria credit: By default, the cafeteria credit allows your child to continue buying up to 15 JOD after the balance is depleted; the amount is settled at your next top-up, and you'll be notified when a top-up is needed.

See what you owe: The new Payments tab shows exactly what your family owes, per student, so there are no surprises.
Settle in one tap: If a balance goes negative, for example because Cafeteria Credit was used, tap Settle to add the exact amount needed to bring every child's balance back to zero.

Go to Settings → Notifications to choose what you receive:
ACS Updates: school news and announcements
ACS Sports: games, tryouts, and results
ACS WGO ("What's Going On"): events and activities
You can mute any of these. Some notifications cannot be turned off, because they matter for your child's safety and your account: cafeteria purchases, wallet balance reminders, bus boarding, and campus check-ins.
